Bradley H. Carroll
Managing Director

Mr. Carroll serves as Managing Director with primary responsibility for creating and implementing Madison's business development strategy to source and evaluate prospective investments, primarily in the U.S. market.  Mr. Carroll also focuses on building strategic relationships with a variety of product sourcing channels as well as the continued communication of Madison's message and investment strategy to potential transaction counterparties. Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Carroll worked at Tishman Speyer Properties where he oversaw portfolio and asset management for three emerging market real estate funds. Previously at Tishman, he managed the acquisitions and dispositions functions in the New York metropolitan area and held similar positions in the Southern California and Midwest regions, where he completed a number of acquisitions on behalf of the company.  Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Carroll was an associate with Bear, Stearns, & Co. as well as a senior analyst with a boutique real estate advisor in New York City.  He earned a BS in Finance from the University of Richmond.

 
Erin Y. Halper
Marketing Consultant

Mrs. Halper serves within Marketing and Business Development with primary responsibility for the design and implementation of strategies to source prospective investments. Mrs. Halper also focuses on building strategic relationships with a variety of product sourcing channels as well as the continued development of Madison's brand recognition in the United States. Prior to joining Madison International Realty, Mrs. Halper worked at Ortelius Capital Partners, a fund of hedge funds group, where she was responsible for the company’s brand positioning and the development of fund marketing materials. Prior to Ortelius, Mrs. Halper served as Director of Marketing for Newtek Business Services, a publicly-traded Certified Capital Company and venture capital firm. Mrs. Halper received a BBA degree from The George Washington University.
