Michael Siefert
Managing Director, Frankfurt

Mr. Siefert is a Managing Director and head of Madison’s European business platform, based in Frankfurt. His primary responsibility is sourcing investment opportunities in the European market.  He has 15 years of experience in investment related fields focusing on indirect investments in Real Estate and Venture Capital. He maintains an extensive network of real estate professionals worldwide. Prior to joining Madison in 2003 he served for four years at GUB, a German venture capital firm.  As head of the department, Mr. Siefert was responsible for investor relations and sales and was a member of the executive committee.  Mr. Siefert earned a BA degree in European Business from Fachhochschule Trier (Germany) and a BS degree in Marketing from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (Ireland).

 
Anne Zeller
Senior Marketing Manager, Frankfurt

Anne Zeller serves as Senior Marketing Manager in Madison’s Frankfurt Office coordinating Madison’s European marketing and investor relations activities. Ms. Zeller’s primary responsibilities include marketing and product sourcing. She supports Michael Siefert in furthering Madison's market exposure and spearheads Madison's European marketing initiatives. She also manages the investor relations platform for Madison’s European secondary interest acquisitions, liaising with counterparties and investors on transaction execution matters and responding to related inquiries. Together with the Investment team, she coordinates the acquisition and disposal of Madison's fund interests in the European market. Prior to joining Madison International Realty, Ms. Zeller worked in the corporate communications division of T-Systems and spent several months in India. Ms. Zeller also spent time at DaimlerChrysler Headquarters and Volkswagen Financial Services while earning her degree. Anne Zeller holds a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Braunschweig/Wolfenbuettel, Germany.
