Erin Y. Halper

Director of Marketing and Business Development

Mrs. Halper serves as Director of Marketing and Business Development with primary responsibility for the design and implementation of strategies to source prospective investments primarily in the U.S. market. Mrs. Halper also focuses on building strategic relationships with a variety of product sourcing channels as well as the continued development of Madison's brand recognition in the United States. Prior to joining Madison International Realty, Mrs. Halper worked at Ortelius Capital Partners, a fund of hedge funds group, where she was responsible for the company’s brand positioning and the development of fund marketing materials. Prior to Ortelius, Mrs. Halper served as Director of Marketing for Newtek Business Services, a publicly-traded Certified Capital Company and venture capital firm. Mrs. Halper received a BBA degree from The George Washington University.
